These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HS Bizz website and software, including POS, billing, hotel management and HRM modules (together, the “Services”), provided by Harsafe Technology Finance Service Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website, starting a free trial or subscribing to the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of service
HS Bizz provides cloud and on-premise software for billing, kitchen order tickets, inventory, reporting, hotel front-desk management and HR/payroll, intended for use by restaurants, cafés, retail stores, hotels and similar businesses. Features, modules and pricing may vary by plan and are subject to change.
2. Account registration & eligibility
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business registering for the Services and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Free trial, subscription & payment
- We may offer a free trial for a limited period. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees, billing cycles (quarterly or annual) and payment methods are as agreed at the time of purchase or renewal.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the software without authorisation; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (d) upload content that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business, transaction and customer data you input into the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data and for complying with applicable laws (including tax and consumer protection laws) in your use of the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, logos and documentation, are owned by or licensed to HS Bizz and its technology partner, Soumya IT Solution, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
7. Third-party integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as payment gateways, delivery aggregators or SMS/WhatsApp providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, including offline billing support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS Bizz and Harsafe Technology Finance Service Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
